Getting organized can be quick, simple and inexpensive when you follow Crawford's how-to instructions. We'll show you how to reclaim your space and save money by doing it yourself. It's easy and it's worth it!
We've taken the most popular tools and garden equipment found in the average garage, basement and workshop and created this organization project that will take under 60 minutes and cost less than $90.
Just take our Shopping List to your local home center and purchase the items in the quantities required.* Then, using the Placement Guide, follow the instructions for creating your perfect, organized garage and shed.
* We have included our recommended quantity for each item. You may find that your storage needs differ. We have added a column to our printer-friendly Shopping List for you to write in the actual quantity you need.

| TOOLS REQUIRED: Level or tape measure, screwdriver or power drill
This suggested layout places most hooks on studs for maximum holding strength. Most residential wall studs are spaced 16" apart. The layout plan has a one foot high by 16" wide grid scale to help you position your tools. Start by placing shelves at desired height using three Jumbo Arm Hangers (A) and two Two-In-One Shelf Hangers (C). Beginning at the upper left side of the grid, match the tools you wish to organize with the hooks listed in the placement guide and shopping list. Place the tool and the hook against the wall and mark the mounting hole position(s). Fasten the hook to the wall. Before proceeding to the next hook, place the tool on the hook that you just mounted. This will help space all the hooks properly. Follow individual directions for mounting each hook. When mounting to hollow wall, sheetrock or wall board, use appropriate hollow wall fasteners. |
